Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day, while orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day. Canadian orders ship twice per week and may follow a different processing schedule. Shipping times vary by location and method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 1–14 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Orders shipping outside of the United States are considered international shipments. Shipping costs shown at checkout cover the cost of shipping and do not include duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage, or other fees that may be assessed by the destination country or carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon import.

For customers in the United States, orders ship duty-free. We provide accurate customs information on all international shipments to help minimize delays and unexpected costs.
