Returns for Store Credit: We accept returns for store credit only. To be eligible for store credit, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Unlisted Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the unlisted damage or defect. We strive to ensure quality, and any defects known to us will be listed. In the rare event that an unlisted defect is discovered, we will evaluate it accordingly. Once verified, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.
Store Credit Only: We do not provide refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit only, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Pre-Orders: All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. These pieces are made-to-order specifically based on your purchase, and production would not occur without your order. While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur. If so, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@rebalancevintage.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Eligibility: To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Processing Time: Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or change our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Lost Package Policy
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Lost Package Notification: If you believe your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reaching out within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Investigation Process: Upon notification of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. This investigation may take 14-25 days to complete.
Resolution Options: Once the investigation is concluded and it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will offer you the following resolution options:
1. Reshipment - We can resend the lost items to you (subject to product availability).
2. Store Credit - If the items are no longer available or if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.
Refund Policy: Please note that refunds for lost packages are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Correct Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Documentation Requirement: In some cases, we may require additional documentation or information from you to proceed with the investigation process. We appreciate your cooperation in providing any necessary details promptly.

Return Policy for International Orders
Rebalance Vintage only offers returns for orders shipped within Canada and the United States. For all other international orders, returns and refunds are not available. We encourage customers outside of Canada and the United States to review their orders carefully before purchasing.
