All items are eligible for returns for American and Canadian customers. Customers will receive store credit for the item's value. If a buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase, Rebalance Vintage gladly offers an exchange or return.

Buyers must return items in their original, unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, along with a copy of the invoice.

Please note that returned items must be undamaged and complete; otherwise, they will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Although I was happy with my purchase, I feel I was coaxed into it with the brand ambassador program. In the email instructions to apply it mentioned a bonus of content produced by the ambassador after their purchase of an item, would be reposted. Once I followed through with my order and posted on my socials, (k3ziahzik_) my content wasn’t reposted even after I kindly asked the account owner if this opportunity was still available. There is no problem with your team choosing to not repost my content, but if they weren’t going to I don’t think it’s fair to promise that to your customers then leave them on seen. Thank you for my order, but customer service/relations weren’t quite it for me. Have a good rest of your day :)

Sizing is off

Idk the length of the Long sleeve was like a xl or xxl it was huge and the sleeves were also so long
